  1. I live in a city of acout 270,000 and the city owns the electric system and water. Their board of directors are elected and are responsible to the citizens. We have some of the lowest rates anywhere and the utilities are forward planning to the future. The planning is for 20 years out or more. Investing todays dollars for tomorrow's need. Things are never going to be cheaper than now.

  2. It's a wonder some anti science dingus hasn't tried to ban it. The stuff is dangerous, kills thousands of people every year, will get you high up to point you overdose. Gotta make it illegal to save 'em.
