  1. Get a good lawyer! even if the charge is dismissed you have to make sure the arrest record is dismissed with prejudice or else it’s never going away. Gotta love this ‘free’ country. I got put in handcuffs, detained for 5 hours and denied entry into Canada because I too thought I had a ‘clean’ record. Guess again
