I always remember a story of why donation and support programs fail or caus emore damage than good, a man in LA go to an African nation, to offer computers for school, computers, the nun in charge of the school, ask do you want to help, saying yes, she respond we need toilets and sanitation. I remember a story about a fishing growing plant, to help with food shortages in another african country, they sign a treaty and the workers and everihting, resulting the plant need energy for having a stable water temperature for the fishes, the fing platn consumes more energy than what the energy grid of the entire country can supply. Centralize is not a bad idea of the region you have, more or less have the same resources, but you are centralizing too different regions, and the people can not live in constant plandemic fear, in china the people was about to rise up, the mental cases number have exploded, and many can no longer mantain, these people want to install more digital crap, when many of the places dont have neither the infraestreucture and soon will be more worry about food than these crap.
