For what i understand, they have been doing these since the 40, but was always in experiment, later on in the 60s we get the idea of seeding clouds, but now they do it publicly and with the conscent of theyre true masters. For what i understand these things do the clouds more refracting, so they refract sun ligth, wich is a bad idea in places with a lot of clouds, second we dont know long term consecuences on health, even when supposly the gas they use doesnt make a lot too human health, supposly but they dont know long term effect, tree they admit not knowing posible effect outside the area as they are pointing doing it in areas around the UK, but they dont know damage outside, is funny thinking causing damage to another country in another time was an act of war.
