Indeed, the problem is that, because the rich and elite, want to get richer and spend and invest the less possible, they want no local production because local production mean pay employees and have laws and increase middle class family, they move production to where is cheap and they artificialy create scarcity and artificialy inflate prices, so they win a lot of moeny, deminish the middle class and replace with low class and easy to control workers, it was al plant
