Sorry drinker but i think, you have to literaly read the novels, and the author and when you read it, yes no doubt that Paul literaly want to do a satire of the novel, when in reality, he literaly didnt even bother reading the novel, when you do it, you realizd, that the united federation, is a much better goverment, than anything we have now,
