Youtube is an america companie for what i understand and it is a publishing service, is not an editorial, well who knows what it is, because they calim they are a publishing service, yet they erase content that doesnt conrtradict the service guidelines so whatever. But these is a case of international private law, it is a very complex legal part, because each country have their own way ofinterpreeat and react to these cases. You have to see, both the international laws of eac country, if they dont have treaties, youtube policiy in these cases.
