  8. Agree Pegasi, the problem is taht the USA legal system, the canaidian and the european legal system, is antecedent and predecent system. Wich means that is always that a judge give a rule, it creates law. These system has many advanteges, in the field of speed but. Well thelegal system in mi country is code based, wich means the judge can not deviate from the law, and in case he do must justifie and the superior judgen overrule his sentence. Like you said in the anglo legal system it depends a lot in the judge and the lawyer. Unfortunatly, not a lot of people has the money to apeale teir sentences, so clear violations of the constitution and becaue the system is gynocentric nobody cares
