Have more kids, but you have to work nearly all day, and cant have time to caare for them, also you have to indoctrinate them, have more kids, but there is no place to have them, and you cant give them something when you leave because noe the goverment will tax inheretence, have more kids, but you cant teach them what you want, have more kids to live in an authoritarian regime, that wants to use them as robots, have more kids, in a country that majority of buildings and dams can colapse and flood entire parts of the nations and the goverment wont do bs, have more kids, but you cant save money to feed them or make sure they are happy, have more kids so they study all the time then they grow up to work all the time and win nothing. Yes China is a hell hole, like all comunist utopias, like Venezuela and Cuba, all utopias, and the world wants that they want to tal control that beneficts the rich and politicians not understanding that the tichness of the worlds lie in the private companies in the small guys, but they dont care
