Ok i am going to said it, look the idea of gender swap a character is not bad per se, but you can do it alrigth, as Disparu said, all wha they do to penguin would work if she was sexy, hot, and would be good, but by making her ugly, or not compromising go all out it fail, how would i do it is making her hot, but having a trauma, like a false precetion of herself, she look herself ugly, her brain is conscius of her true self, her eyes see the beauty but her mind, can not process and has a distorded image, fat, ugly and miserable, causing her pain, and angush the rest is same the family was a noble one and fall in disgrace and want to rebuild the name, but thorne is in the way, so she become a criminal to figth him using the o he is a mafia boss to justifie herself and i am good, but in the end is all a selfish desire for more, even when she already succedd, she has the money she rebuild the family fortune and state, why is she doing that because she is a monster, that is the way, and sometimes she purposly put a fat suit so gigving her a moment of respite and when she interrogate and torture other criminalsdo in the fat suit to more or less align her mind image with a fisical representation
