I think because he knows what is being a worker, today CEO, are not promoted from the work force, they hire one, and so they dont know what is be in the bottom

You study all your youth and sacrifice your beter years to have a preparation and good grades and when times come, you are just a cog in the machine and win nothing, and meritocracy is dead, so merit is worthless, work like cravy to rent a dirty apartament and win nothing

@xXKisskerXx The problem is i think, genreal education, these CEO, and managers and those in the top, see the ones in the bottoms as ants, as disposable cogs, nothing, more not thinking that they have life, and they are living beings, these disconection is what cause and because these disconection exist during multiple generations, wich they never have to work, study or put effort is only getting worst, to the point they dont see people they see ants

@BrickworksDK Indeed, in mi country, it takes years, decades, to prepare, and then when you get out, you get out wiouth experience, and the majority want experience labor and that they are ready to live in pooberty, because they dont want to pay

@IronmanV5 Indeed, in mi coutry for a lawyer, a lawyer the minimum, is 20k, pero month for a noobie, no experiencce and now the average, is 15, with two or more years of experience, so 5k less than the minimum and they want experience
