I am a lawyer and that is correct, yes you are doing dangarous research in costa rica, you have to go to costa rica law and even if you are a US citizen your company INGEN will be responsalbe, and the personal the director is a US citizen if he escape and return to the USA, Costa Rica can put an international request for you because of your crime and ask your extradiction to serve for the crime. Yes the research part is iligal, and yes the citizens were american, but if what you said is true and the animals cause havock in costa rica, remember what he said, you are responsalbe for your product.
