  1. I'm shocked the Fire Dept (allegedly) has no knowledge or control about WHERE the water they NEED to fight fires comes from??!!!!??? Surely they KNOW the source and VOLUME of water they have available at ALL TIMES!! The Fire Dept must have been part of the dam draining projects?? Why drain dams anyway??
