As for females sleeping around, any man who doesn't consider this possible for the female he is sleeping with deserves the misery he will get from the female especially if he gives her the utility of an exclusive relationship. Any so called 'self respecting' female who refuses sex with a man right away has willingly had sex with another man straight away. So the man who has been refused doesn't have to tolerate her disingenuous pretentious 'self respect' and doesn't have to wait for her to give him the sex she so easily gave to other men.
