  2. Not much attention on the authorities who granted Novak the visa. Only attention on Novak, who simply got granted a visa and subsequently thought that he could play.

  3. Novak just applied for a visa via medical exemption rule, and subsequently he was granted visa entry into Australia. Obviously had he known that the original decision was going to be overturned upon his arrival he never would have flown there in the first place.
