The reality is Republicans don’t mind that Rico trump’s defense of Article three of the Fourteenth Amendment not applying to him is because when he took his Oath of Office he didn’t really sign up to defend the Constitution of the United States. That’s what his lawyers argued in Court and that’s not a problem for Republicans, apparently.
