There's a lady named Asia Janay Lavarello, who worked for the Defense Department. She was accused of removing classified information, not even Top-Secret, and moving it to an unauthorized location. She was arrested, indicted, convicted, and sent to prison this year. Mark Levin should be first in line to plead for her release. If donald trump does zero prison time, she should be set free.

It's not like Mark Levin is not aware that donald trump already gave classified information to the Russians. The Israelis are still pissed off about that. But like Levin says, "It's just documents". What a dingbat this guy is.

Levin should just say that he doesn't mind donald trump stealing Top-Secret Government documents. The reality is even donald's own National Security Advisors know that donald didn't declassify those stolen documents in his basement.

Mark Levin knows that, but the point is to keep trump supporters in the dark. Fox News has depositions this coming week with Fox News hosts in a Billion-dollar lawsuit for lying to their viewers.

@grandecache4361 donald stole those documents like he stole from his own Charity Foundation, like he stole from his own inauguration, like he stole from his own supporters who donated to his campaign. The guy even has a reputation of not paying his own lawyers that he has trouble getting competent representation.

@Ghostrider2080 Not that long ago, Fox News won a case in Federal Court by arguing that no reasonable person takes a guy like Tucker Carlson seriously. The Federal Judge agreed and dismissed the case against them. Lawyers always argue in Court that Fox News is in the entertainment business and not the News business.
