  31. In Joshua 7 CEV, the Lord said EVERYTHING in Jericho belongs to HIM. A man named Achan stole a Babylonian robe, 200 pieces of silver and a gold bar. Long story short, the Lord payed him back by having his sons and daughters, his cattle, donkeys, and 🐑, his tent ⛺and everything else that belonged to him. The people of Israel then STONED Achan and his family to death. They made a fire 🔥 and burned the bodies and covered the remains with a big pile of rocks. Then the Lord stopped being angry with Israel. Praise the Lord!!!

  42.  @ericko777  Christianity has been deceiving people for centuries now. For over two thousand years they have been claiming of a "god" with great power. No evidence has come forth yet. Ever since the Bible was written his powers seem to have diminished.

  43.  @ericko777  Evolution is a fact. The evidence is overwhelming. Do we have any good evidence of this "god" character? Even if science said "Hey everybody, we got this evolution thing wrong," it still wouldn't prove of a "god."

They could have not admitted anything and just kept their flock in in the dark like they did for years when they learned the earth travels around the sun or that we are not the center of the universe. After all, the Catholic church doesn't want to make hasty decisions.
