But Britain is at the forefront of fanning the flames in Ukraine. It seems to have the money for that. And it is more enthusiastic in following US neocons who believe the US will be the sole superpower for ever. Since 1945 to 1990, the Soviets were the enemy. From 1990 to about 2022, the Muslims were made the enemy and Britain was at the forefront of that narrative. From 2022, Russians are the new enemy. The self righteous west saw no issues with US-led NATO expansion. Britain leads in the new anti-Russian narrative (BoJo said it was an unprovoked attack on sovereign country and Putin must not be allowed to win). And further down the horizon, the US is itching for a fight with China, and Britain will position itself to take the lead (in the rhetoric). The US, and its vassal states like GB and EU are about to find that fighting Russia will not be like fighting Iraq and Afghanistan. Russia has the capacity to defeat the west in conventional war (and it has the nuclear sword), and even in the economic war.
