Correct, but western public always claps for America. The Europeans are not very intelligent. If America asks to jump, the Europeans would say 'tell us how high'. The Ukranians want to become European. LNG costs x7 the price of piped gas. It means cut in standard of living of Europeans and higher manufacturing cost for European products.

Wonder if the Finns feel stupid in joining NATO, an organisation that is falling apart. If Finland provokes Russia, no matter what % it spends of its GDP on military, it will get a beating. And the US will not come to Finland's aid. Peace is not going to come on Ukraine's terms. She is delusional. Russia will set the terms - that is, Ukraine has to cede land AND it cannot be part of NATO. Russia will decide this, not the Finns. The American interviewer says the US is the sole superpower. The outcome of this war should have made her realise there are others as well. US is unable to get Ukraine into NATO, and it is unwilling to fight Russia - because Russia is a superpower. As for claiming the US is the superpower with values, the US staged a coup in Ukraine in 2014 to bring Nazi elements to power, it invaded Iraq and Afghanistan, and it supports Israel. This duplicity is seen by the rest of the world.

The idea that the small countries of Europe will be competing against each other making the same things at competitive prices runs against the notion of economies of scale. Airbus involves collective European effort. Not only for gas, but even for nuclear, Russia will be needed. The problem with this lady is what was not asked about her record of inflammatory statements against Muslims. It goes well beyond wanting border control. She has made statements and incited hate like a Nazi. Does she advocate gas chambers ? Scratch a German and you will find a Nazi. The interviewer did not scratch her deeply enough. She should have been asked about Germany's unqualified support for Israel. The reason Germany and Europe are flooded with refugees is the wars the Europeans have joined in with the Americans - Afghanistan, Libya, Palestine, Ukraine.... Europe is not going to be a player in the world. The Europeans will be clinging to their notions of white supremacy, but Nazism is not a solution. The Europeans are too divided, they are a pawn of the US. The future will be BRICS, Russia, China, India, US. The Europeans will come under the rest of the world.

Denmark is brought up to cover up the fact that the US decided against using ATACAMS and Storm Shadows knowing the Russians will retaliate against NATO targets, which would force the US to fight a nuclear war.
