  1. The west has a disconnect with reality. Indeed, why is the west talking about a reconstruction plan when the war is not ended and it is going Russia's way ? It seems just a posturing and show off to save face. All the strong cards are in Russia's hands. No reconstruction is possible without Russian permission. Russia will not give permission as long Ukraine does nor return to neutrality and NATO is kept out. All NATO training bases in Ukraine have to go, same with the bio labs. Otherwise, forget about reconstruction. Russia can keep on with missile strikes on the remainder of Ukraine.
