  1. Ukrainians should understand that Russia can and will attack anywhere in Ukraine, and no reconstruction or normalcy is possible without Russian permission. The US cannot change that. Forget about the rest of the Europeans, they are feeble. The only way out for Ukraine is to revert to neutrality as in its independence declaration, and disassociate itself from NATO. As long as Ukraine is linked to NATO, Russia will pulverise Ukraine.
