  1. This comes across as another vain western posturing. No reconstruction will be possible without Russian permission. Ukraine has to sign neutrality and keep NATO out, otherwise the rest of Ukraine will be made rubble and no reconstruction would be allowed. The terms are stark for Ukraine. At the moment, they say $ 750 million, in another month it will cross 1 trillion. No one is going to spend that money on Ukranians. How can Ukrainians be so foolish as to squander their independence by getting into bed with NATO to attack Russia ?
