Of course it is too late for Ukraine. Biden's is a loser and his move is cynical, he is not doing it for the benefit of Ukraine, but to spite Trump and of course Putin. He does not want people to say Ukraine lost because 'Biden tied Ukraine's hands down'. At best, Ukraine will fire a few missiles into Russia, but Russia will punish Ukraine severely, and the terms and conditions for Ukraine will get stiffer. And after 2 months, Trump will cut all the nonsense and Ukraine will pay for it.
