  1. The west needs to become realistic. Neither their sanctions, nor their weapons supply are going to change Ukraine's fortunes now. Russia is going to take the industrial belt, and they have already taken much of the coastal belt. With that, they will strangle the rump Ukraine's economy. Russia will not allow the remaining Ukraine to be rebuilt or allow the west to come and settle there like before - unless the west and Ukraine become realistic, curb Russophobic nationalism and agree to sign a treaty of neutrality.
