  2. She is straight enough to accept Ukraine is losing the war. But her conclusion did not make sense. There is no way Ukraine can join NATO, there is no way Russia will allow Victoria Nulands to come back and control Ukraine. Russia will ensure the rump Ukraine will be reduced to a failed state like Libya, so nobody can go and rebuild it.
