  1. I don't think Russia would harm Spain or Portugal. They are not front line Russophobic countries. They would go for the leading trouble makers in Ukraine, that is France, Britain, Germany, Poland, Baltics. I think it is atmospheric causes.

  3. Putin is infinitely more intelligent than any western leader. I liked his comment the brain is divided into two hemispheres but it is still one brain ! Like that, the world is divided into camps, but it is one world.
