No, they usually don't. There's no need for that, as all Russians know the basics of the Latin alphabet. Translating stuff to other languages might be a problem though. Here's an example I saw in oh so sophisticated Moscow in May this year: "APEROL SYRINGE".

@anaadacosacositas4362 Funnily enough, the linguists reconstruct the original name of the river the city was built on as "Moskū". The original name was most probably picked up by the Slavs who moved in the area in the 700s AD (the Vyatichi, who, by all we know, were an offshoot of the proto-Poles) from the neighboring Baltic tribes (the Golyad/Eastern Galindians), who moved into the area even earlier than that. It took about 600 years for the word to morph first to Moskov' (Московь) and then to Moskva (Москва). And it has stayed like that ever since.

There was this TV series in the US three-four years ago, "24: Legacy". In one of the episodes, some Chechen terrorists were planning to blow up a bridge in New York City, and the notes in their plans were... in Czech.
