Yea, France will be a better solution for Indian arms requirements. There's no overlap in their spheres of influence or resource requirements, whereas India is bound to clash with the USA every so often. Actually I see French arms exports increasing in many parts of the world because the French are only really interested in a limited part of the world. Their arms are top notch too. 👍 All the best.

@kth6736 Iran is far less competent militarily than India. This is because their military is really just a domestic police force now that Iraq is destroyed. Iran is constrained by their geography, so will never be able to have a navy of any size (which is why they are betting on missiles and drones). Also Theocracies tend to be bad at everything IMHO. @kth6736 Yea, right - then you woke up. They aren't going to build a decent navy because they lack the heavy industry, technology, experience and most importantly their coastline has virtually no infrastructure. Isn't Iran the only country in the world without a navigable river? And you think that they can have a navy! Iran showed that during the Iran-Iraq war that they were worse than Russia at employing meat wave attacks. Incompetent doesn't come near to describing how bad they are at anything except beating to death unarmed women on the streets by gangs of decency police! Iran is a JOKE. GET IT?
