  1. Recently I have actually been wondering if our entire taxation system is anti- children. I am starting to suspect that income tax and sales tax are the key problems. I also agree with the space argument for having children. Apartments are not suitable for raising children, as is shown in the data.

  2.  @bervasbervas7565  Although Hungary does have some tax breaks for parents, that is not what I am considering. I think that personal taxation of all kinds, primarily income tax and sales tax, should be reconsidered. Property (land) tax and import duties used to be the norm pre 1900 and the insidious proliferation of these taxes, which at the time were intended to be temporary, coincides with our demographic decline.
