  5. Perhaps the West realises how bad Xi's information and grasp on reality is and Macron meeting with him is more like a briefing where he won't kill the messenger? It may also be a fruitless attempt to divert his population's attention from the pointless shit storm which he in his wisdom created for no reason whatsoever.

  6. You think that the US hasn't though about this and hasn't discretely told Putin that if a nuclear strike comes from Belarus then the response would be to eliminate Putin and deal with his successor? It's not gonna happen.
