  1. Well observed. Some of what he says is probably correct, but he's a salesman. He's selling to the US. So he predicts doom and gloom around the world, because that's what people will buy at the moment. But at the end he always smugly says that everything will be ok in the USA, and he has a piont, but the reason that he frames it that way is that it sells better that way. Personally he has far too much conviction for my taste. The world and the future is not as black and white as he makes out. I would trust someone who was less certain a lot more. All the best.
