@insomnialemon Nah, mate. Corned beef is not salt beef. Not even remotely similar. Corned bbeef comes in a can. Salt beef still has the texture of meat.

99.99% of zoomies are the result of pent up energy when not being exercised enough. I've ended up adopting two amazing cocker spaniels now that I've been lucky to retire at 38. Their original owners would take them not for 30 minutes in the morning and evening and then the occasional longer walks at weekends. They are young dogs, full of energy, enthusiasm and love for walking. I cover in excess of 20 miles with them most weekends and during the day, we go for walks until they tire - sometimes we even take naps together on the grass in the park - just stay out for hours. I've ever seen them do zoomies when I've been with them. But whenever I used to go and pick them up at their old house, they almost acted like completely different dogs. Rushed, jumping up with excitement, jumping up and down from the sofa etc - only ever evident when they'd spent most of the day at home without their due exercise.
