  2. Kurd here. And it so no surprise that one of those states is the UK. They were also there staunchly standing by apartheid South Africa right to the end. They aided it to circumvent embargoes and its banks also were the last to leave. It doesn't matter where there are human rights violations, you can be guaranteed that the british were either there or directly contributed to it.

  3. It was the UK who aided Apartheid South Africa to circumvent sanctions and oil embargo's. They were amongst the last countries to pull their support for Apartheid South Africa. Regrettably, some countries and specifically their establishments and governments never change. If this incident had occurred in Russia with a Russian citizen being vilified or having their job lost due to speaking out about the war, the BBC and UK media would be quick to point out political persecution and the scourge of dictatorships. But as a Kurd from northern Iraq, I know that the English establishment are very good at partaking in atrocities, but also being very good at pointing fingers at others. They'll never change, and especially while weapons dealing is big business for them.  UK nations, Germany, Italy, France, USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia etc should all be banned from international competitions. They are all directly aiding, abetting, financing and arming those who carry out crimes against humanity. In the case of the british establishment, they even do reconnaissance flights for Israel. But in 10 or even 20 years, they'll make sure to write their own history books that will inevitably portray them as peace loving and being on the side of good.

Over a decade plus of the tories poorly governing the country, stealing trillions from the economy for themselves and their friends, dividing the country from within and from europe has been exasperated by the rising cost of living! Governments which the plebs voted for in their droves. But the plebs who you see committing acts of terrorism in the streets have been so poorly educated for so many decades, are easily led when it comes to being told who is their apparent enemy! Instead of rising up vs corrupt politicians and king charlie, they've been coaxed into thinking that immigrants are in fact the problem!  This is a modern day peasants revolt but unlike in 1381, the plebs of today dont even know what is good for themselves! They've consistently voted against what is good for them thanks to the bbc, and vile individuals like Farage, braverman, Anderson etc. Vile individuals who the BBC have consistently been more than willing to give a platform to.

A country literally built of stealing, ethnic cleansing, systematic genocide of indigenous peoples and then built up on the blood and sweat of slaves. Since WW2, the usa has partaken in more human rights violations, abuses, killings, bomb attacks, regime change and illegal invasions than any single force. So to sit back, accept being an adopted american all the while pretending to be righteous was the hypocrisy and double standard personified. I like Hitchens have zero interest in religion. But more important than finger pointing is having self awareness.
