  1. My dad has a Tesla Model Y on lease from NHS, and the premium connectivity feature (free for first month) is £9.99 per month. Disgraceful really. Without it you don't get live traffic visualisation and and satellite view maps. I feel that for a car in this day and age, live traffic visualisation should be standard, but clear not. They also cancelled the delivery of the car to home less than 48 hours before delivery. This despite bombarding me with at least 20 text messages warning me to be ready for my delivery. The alternative was to go and pick it up from their Brent Cross hub, and they said they'd refund up to £100 of travel costs. I took an uber to there across London, and Tesla shamelessly took nearly 2.5 months and umpteenth emails to finally refund me the travel costs.
