One observation I've made from these videos is this. When the suspect is not white, they do not mention anything regarding lawyers and or the right to stop at any time if the suspect wants a lawyer. Bar reading of the rights at the beginning. One particular case even has the detective almost complaining to the suspect that now he's asked for a lawyer, his hands are now tied, and is confused as to why the suspect won't speak with him. But when the suspect is white like with the drejka video, they're shaking their hands, offering them this and that, treating them like upstanding citizens, and as in this case, actively instruct him that if he wants, he could stop talking and ask for a lawyer.
This particular tragedy is nothing but a person with the delusion of grandeur and sense of entitlement thinking he could do whatever he can to stop some black kids from enjoying themselves. They couldn't listen to the music and they most certainly had no right in his mind as a white man to be talked back to by some 'thugs'. Not so long ago, he would've got away with it.
