Pecorino Sardo, Parmigiano Reggiano, Castelmagno, Provolone, Gorgonzola, Asiago, Fontina, Taleggio, Mozzarella, Raschera. 3. Feta in the world top 10 above Ricotta salata? Give us a break. 4. Where is Stilton? One of britain's greatest gifts to the world 5. Cornish yarg would bat out all of the non Italian cheeses on this list - try it if you can 6.
