Those 'snazzy' wheels look OK until he put the roof down. With the roof down, they look so out of place on that car 😂 Sometimes it takes someone else showing you around a car to actually appreciate its beauty. Underrated design, but I probably would ignore it if I walked past it in the street. Bar the scabs, someone should end up buying and enjoying that car. Sometimes I feel jealous of kids growing up now and getting to passing their test age. That car would've been brand new when I passed my test at 17. I would've been ecstatic to have been able to pick up an old car like that for £1,500. Instead, I was stuck with my mum's old 1991 red Nissan micra.

First moved to the UK from where?

mate you need to do these 'shoutouts' to sponsors at the beginning of the video. I might be the only one, but when you switch to talking about something completely unrelated to the car, I find myself just totally switching off by opening another window. Soon enough I'm totally distracted, and don't end up coming back to the video.

completely agree with you. I think its a gorgeous car. Actually the one Porsche that I really find interesting. I nearly bought one 3 years ago. The interior is just stunning, and it drives beautifully. I also quite like the fact that it doesn't look like your normal Porsche.

I've got a 2012 Reg C180 but Petrol. Haven't had a single issue thankfully. Certainly not a slow car and is lovely to drive. The things that I don't like about it are 1. The steering feels a bit light and flimsy 2. The ride is pretty hard and the seats are very much on the firm side and the 3. Foot handbrake. But overall its comfortable and you also get a really big boot. The road tax though isn't cheap. £205 for this year. Also, it does get through petrol fairly quickly. But as someone who's done around 3K miles in a year, it is a lovely car. Good value for money. Whether you get this model or the new ones, if you're going to get a c class, it has to be coupe. Looks a million times better than the four door. though with the curved roof, people who are 6ft plus would struggle both in the passenger and back seats.

@abdula7745 mix of road and city, I'd say around 35 mpg. Maybe a bit more. I sold it in July 2021 and replaced it with a C63.

I sold my dad's 2015 S63 coupe a couple of months ago having only done 40K miles. He's switching to electric for his daily commute. It was the most opulent and beautifully put together cars I've ever been lucky to sit in. Everyday I keep thinking that I should've kept it, but I don't do a lot of miles myself so it had to go.

My youngest sister has had 3 cars bought for her by myself and parents ever since she passed her test. A brand new VW Beatle which she basically ran into the ground - everything covered in makeup and mess everywhere, a brand new mini which she wrote off post driving it despite an engine light being on and a blown head gasket, and now she's 18 months into driving a Range Rover. The only person who cleans it is me, and I've had to refurbish her wheels not once but three times. Unlike the owner of this car, my sister doesn't have kids either. For some people, a car is just a carrier from A to B. No sense of pride in ownership. Number of owners means absolutely nothing. You just need one careless owner to ruin a car.

For a moment I got lost thinking I was listening to a guide on shaving 😂

You could see the frustration of having picked up a dud get the better of him slowly....GET ME OUT OF THIS CAR!!

The anti SUV campaigners are coming for your tires 😂 Seriously though. Ranger rover as a favourite car?

Apart from the obvious advantage of size, why do people like SUV's?

01:05...If your'e thinking buying a car like this...?! Me - opens autotrader, select Bentley, select bentayga, select azure....first car that pops up is £224,990😌 Me thinking - hmmm, that's pretty much half the price of my flat...I'll have to give it a miss.

There are 435,973 cars listed on auto trader, of which 222, 837 are automatics. That means well in excess of 51% of cars on sale in the UK are automatics. So I have no idea how you can say that automatics are 'rare'. And even if you then say you want an automatic that runs on petrol, the number available is still more than pure diesel cars. I don't know why people try and present fake numbers just to suit their own narrative.

@HighPeakAutos so apply as many parameters as possible in oder for you to be right 🤣

I don't understand the dislike for the Panamera. For someone who hasn't owned a Porsche (not a fan of two seater cars), it is probably the one Porsche that I actually find attractive and would consider buying. What I wouldn't do is pay 25K for a car that has done over 140K miles no matter what make it is. How much did you sell it for in the end?

Very ugly car.

@rob5944 Can't imagine a 20 year old car would be too expensive. I mean at 17, you'd expect the insurance to be hiked anyway. Most kids in my year had their parents buy them brand new Corsa's and Clio's. My parents whilst both surgeons never ever entertained spoiling us. My dad said if I get straight A's at A level, then I could have any brand new car I want. I got straight A's, and he said he was joking 😩 nearly 20 years later though, I managed to get an Audi e ton GT through his NHS leasing.

@rob5944 To be honest, fella. I've never bought a car from new either. In fact, for most of my adult life, I've not had a car. Usually use the DLR and or my bicycle to commute into St. Paul's. It was only a little while ago that my dad made me aware of NHS fleet solutions, and how we could get a car on lease! They fit the charger for free&the cost includes insurance and service. It just seemed like a no brainer. I doubt my first car, the 1991 micra was even worth £100. But it allowed me to learn to drive, so can't complain! thank you for the good wishes! You're right. Better not to make promises than to make them and not keep. I understood the lesson they were teaching us as kids. Not to be materialistic etc. But you know how it is in school, and kids. Suddenly mates are having cars bought for them, and you're getting teased for still peddling a push bike everywhere haha.

@rob5944 Sorry to hear that you've been unwell. I hope you make a speedy recovery. I understand what you mean. In the north, the infrastructure when it comes to public transport is poor. Most of my colleagues in Manchester and Leeds offices heavily rely on cars to get around. The college I went to for my A-levels also had me take a one hour long bus from locksbottom to tunbridge. It only came once every hour, and you were screwed if you missed it especially on dark and cold winter evenings. But when it came to my younger sisters, my parents have literally acted like their chauffeurs 😂 The micra was indeed very reliable and cheap to run. In areas of the country where you can't really rely on public transport, a reliable car is critical.

@rob5944 Yes, I agree. My mum commutes between Kent and Essex NHS and private hospitals. She wouldn't be able to do it without the use of a car. We have got her an electric, because her weekly petrol consumption being so high. Though we could only do that through the electric charger being installed at home. Not really a realistic option for many people who like myself lives in the city and don't have a drive.
