  2.  @jishimoari  😅 vin number fraud on cars that have ended up over there 'mysteriously' was investigated a little while ago by dispatches and panorama here in the UK! Not just to Albania but other countries too! Cars are marked to be destroyed due to old age and or being written off but then they end up in the hands of criminals who forge papers and vin numbers and send them overseas! Has happened even with lots of electrical goods too!
