Talking about the fee when it comes to premier league clubs is completely irrelevant. Money is no object. As we have seen at Chelsea and Man City, these clubs can afford to buy players for 100m and then either not play them or wash their hands off them after half a season. There doesn't seem to be neither the financial or professional scrutiny over big deals that don't workout. That should be the least of their concerns.
