Big difference between managers mouthing off and fans causing actual trouble and damage. As we have seen it proven at the World Cup, English people cannot handle their drink. Banning drinking at football grounds will go a long way to eradicate hooliganism. But then again Liverpool fans are caught attacking team buses etc outside the stadium. That is deeply ingrained mentality handed down from one rotten generation to another. Not sure how the managers can be blamed for that.
