If you're a far right individual from Poland, Ukraine and Hungary....no problem. But if Marciniak was just a normal bloke who just happened to be a referee and was from Russia....he would've been barred long ago. Hypocrisy as per usual. The leader of the far right movement even declared him as a speaker in advanced on twitter. He knew exactly what he was doing, but he isn't Russian so it's ok.
