Dominated for years but also won twice in Europe in that period! If the competition at home wasn't strong, they wouldn't be in prime competitive condition to go into Europe and compete! One of the issues that psg have found and juventus also up to an extent! Also. Bundesliga clubs earn pennies when compared to English clubs! Not thru success but because of tv money! Yet despite over 15 mins of monetary advantage, no English club has ever dominated in Europe! Spanish clubs have in the same period won consistency in both cup formats. If the Premier League was so good, then why couldn't man city win despite over a decade of mega spending?

At least the German league develops talent, is good for the fans, self sufficient and funded by germans. The premier league is an overhyped playground made up of foreign owners, managers and players.
