  3.  @jamesduffy7549  Absolutely. Plus post getting relegated, there is no guarantee you'll come back up. Yes they'll receive parachute payments, but they have to be prepared for the long haul financially. They need to get as much money as possible for any sales in order to make sure they're financially secure in case they don't make it back up quickly.
