@SuperMikeFraser retiring from what? Getting paid loads to talk utter nonsense? He represents a bygone era of so called tough talking and gibberish armed 'men' of football, when the reality is that as we have seen many times, he just talks utter nonsense! Souness was a great player but thats where he should've stopped!

Too much drink by the looks of it.

@Scott-bh2qb souness' language, negativity and stereotyping when he wanted to preach it was always below the belt and lacking in class! He doesnt deserve anything better! Remember when sky were forced to apologise for souness criticised lamela for apparent 'latin behaiviour '?

@scottfletcherr1457 He was a great player. A brilliant player. There is no doubting that. But as a pundit and that mouth - an angry and horrible little man. You can tell him to not say 'not nice' things when an entire institution had to apologise on his behalf when slandering the entire latin americas.

@jc-16. candid honesty like stereotyping so called 'latin' players which sky had to apologise for?! Nope! Souness is a wannabe thug! There was also nothing honest about his constant agenda vs Pogba either. Not befitting of a so called pundit required to provide professional views on football.

@Scott-bh2qb Baresi is my surname!! And it also happens to be the surname of a great footballer AND a great man. Human qualities that Souness never had. The fact that sky had to apologise on behalf for stereotyping the entire latin americas is enough. Lacking in class, one sided, woefully misinformed and just a dinosaur. I've never had to apologise or have institutions apologise on my behalf for racism. The shame is very much on souness.

@scottfletcherr1457 I can when an entire institution had to apologise on his behalf for denigrating an area of the world with a population in excess of 670 million. The running circus of criticism that was his comments on pogba were always more personal than just football related. Football is better off without such dinosaurs.

@scottfletcherr1457 i definitely havent made that bigger a mistake! Making a plat of myself on tv...! Im not 'Digging him out'! Im stating the truth!
4
@jc-16. a 'bang average' world cup winner with nearly a century of caps for one of the best footballing nations in the world! Not to mention scudetto winner and champions league finalist! If pogba is 'bang average', i shudder to think the utter crap you tend to rate! Souness is jealous because his country dont eve qualify let alone challenge for world cups! That and the fact pogba was most likely making more money in a day than souness made in a year as a footballer!
3
@donjohn2695 Probably the result of all the anger, resentment and hate he had towards pogba?!

@Brazito14 Neville's only worthwhile input (even in his mind) is whenever Man Utd have a mini or big meltdown. This allows Neville to go back to his default reset of....The owners, the owners, the owners....! Not sure if he is as bad as the likes of Jenas and Rio though. They can barely string a sentence together between the two of them. And don't get me started on Hoddle.

Good riddance from one of the most ignorant and clueless pundits sky have ever had! From his constant hate for pogba to latin stereotyping attack on lamela, souness is an angry wannabe thug! He brought next to know knowledge or insight! From apparently not rating casemiro and calling lukaku 'the complete forward', he is woefully misinformed! Today is a good day for the future of football on tv!
1
@MrÓNiadh There you go! He appeals to fellow stereotyping and wannabe racists. well done on proving my point, cretin.

@scottfletcherr1457 When you without care let your poisonous tongue denigrate an entire group of people through a negative stereotype on live television, you tell the people watching that xenophobia and negative stereotyping is OK. For that reason alone, he deserves ZERO respect, because that did more harm than any apparent good he might've done sat on his arse watching a football match. I also remember him acting like a child on the playground when Gattuso made a complete idiot of himself when trying to fight Joe Jordan. Instead of criticising such behaviour and saying there is no place for it, this man baby was sat there saying how Joe Jordan would beat Gattuso up and so and so. Nothing more than a wannabe thug.
1
@scottfletcherr1457 who are you? The head of propaganda and misinformation for souness?? Why are you so worried about me making sure people havent forgotten what he said on tv in front of millions? Were you also frequenting jimmy saville's videos protecting him vs criticism because of his apparent charity work?
1
@michaelm4048 you want to turn a blind eye to a known stereotyping xenophobe, be my guest! You can call me all the names you like! It doesnt make his comments any less worse!
1
@jc-16. no one questioned souness' successes as a footballer! You're literally just offering information! To try and denigrate pogba's achievements at juventus simply because of those who played around him is may i say typical souness tripe like ignorance! The exact Arguments could be made of any footballer! But even at a largely underperforming man utd, they still won two trophies whilst he was there! And also unlike souness, pogba has won at club and international level! To say i know nothing about football whilst spewing laughable ignorance is comical irony! Let me also hear you say how the clown was right in his pitiful judgement of casemir...! Only to backtrack and say he was wrong, when everyone knows he had never seen him play!
1
@scottfletcherr1457 well good for him! And im sure he has made plenty talking utter tripe on sky as well! His agenda vs pogba was definitely more than just football related! Seemed absolutely besotted! If pogba was so bad and his country was so lucky to be gifted with so many stars, then why has he been one of the first names on the teamsheet? Not to mention the fact that he did something souness could only dream of... Scoring a goal in a world cup final for his country! judging from these comments, i can see why sky kept this clown around! Plenty of equally ignorant people sat on their armchairs swallowing his tripe as if it were gospel!

@seamusmacgabhainn4513 Nothing makes me laugh more than a stereotyping xenophobe defending a fellow stereotyping lowlife, whilst trying to highlight the apparent good they've done. Wasn't it also Souness who told James McClean to just 'get on with it' despite he and his family suffering years upon years of abuse and death threats for not wearing the poppy? Only to then AGAIN having to backtrack and say that it isn't nice when families are involved? You've once again highlighted exactly why it is a great day that this dinosaur will not have further opportunities to spew ignorance on TV.

@SuziesAshes10 By highlighting truths?
