Man Utd and more specifically Bruno were literally only relevant last season due to penalties. Vs West Ham in midweek, penalties should've been the least of his concerns. An expensively assembled lineup could've conceded 3-4 more had West Ham been more clinical.

@cyberneo10 no, it isn't. My point is that penalties were a critical factor in the season. Funny that penalties were ultimately their undoing.

@cyberneo10 where did I say the penalties weren't warranted or aren't part of football? I said if not for the penalties, serie a reject Bruno wouldn't have got all the attention he did. But then went off to the euros and couldn't hit a barn door. Medium fish in a small pond.

@cyberneo10 what?? So man Utd would've done equally as well if let's say only 50 percent of those pens had been given? I'm saying they won a lot of pens and those pens helped a long way to finishing second. Would they have done as well if they weren't converted or if less were given? I don't understand what you're arguing with.
