Are Chelsea not a top six team because of their current standing? The most woeful comment I've head in a long time. Won a trophy? Arsenal haven't won anything of note also for 2 decades. Before this season, the last time arsenal finished in the top 4 was 15/16 season. Are they also not a top 6 club whilst finishing 8th twice in the past 3 seasons?
