Italian here, but always admired Chelsea. Pochettino would represent yet another colossal mistake by this new administration. The only name that has been mentioned who is worthy of Chelsea is Luis Enrique. Composed, respected, emotionally balanced on the sidelines, experienced managing top players, experienced developing young talent and has won at the very top. Pochettino is none of those things.

@shamilrasheed5071 Ancelotti lacks premier league experience and won it in his first season. So did Conte. You either woefully misinformed, too young or lack good memory. Luis Enrique managed a very young Spain team and did wonders in Euro 2020. I'm Italian, but they totally outplayed us in the semi finals, played a beautiful brand of possession based football, but lacked a real goalscorer. When he was at Roma and lacking top players, he showed that he can be tactically flexible and be more defensive when required. He is a very clever man. Long ball? What is this? 1994?? 😂😂😂

@Shadowespeon17 underperformed how?? He took risks by cutting old players, integrated new players and they only got knocked out on penalties! Moreno and morata had multiple great chances to score but fluffed their lines! Spain played terrific football at the euro!

@shamilrasheed5071 both conte and ancelotti had taken charge post disappointing seasons! Conte's side were never favourites and it took a change in formation and a massive winning run to win the title! Moses ended up being a vital piece of that team, and whilst a good player, he wasnt world class! Could you please explain this long ball' nonsense you keep referring to?? Are you referring to teams with low block? Who won?? Pochettino? He won zero at spurs!

@frankreynolds9930 Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Brighton all average over 60% possession in the league. The top two teams also have the top two average possession stats. I get the feeling you don't actually watch football. Please define this long ball you keep referring to....! The ONLY side successfully using long balls as a tactic are Brentford. Everton, palace, wolves, Southampton and Nottingham forest who follow them are all relegation fighting sides. If long ball football was so prevalent and a useful tool, those teams wouldn't be spending the majority of the season fighting relegation.

@frankreynolds9930 like barcelona? Barcelona average less average possession percentage in la liga than man city and arsenal! Are you trying to say that man city and arsenal arent possession based sides? I just gave you stats from the premier league website! The teams who play the most long balls are nearly all fighting relegation apart from brentford! You're reality isnt the reality, fella!

@frankreynolds9930 I watch more football than you've had hot dinners, fella. I'm just backing up what I'm saying by definitive stats. I'm checking out of this meaningless conversation as when it comes to knowledge, you aren't even on the level of my 9 year old second cousin. Cheerio.
