  1. Over the past two seasons, he has scored 57 league goals for Fulham. Will Fulham be able to get a suitable replacement for anything near 52 million? No. It isn't an unrealistic valuation at all, especially when you see grealish being worth 100m plus 😂

  2. What about when a team signs a player up on a 6 year deal, and then after one season they want to get rid? then the player is expected to leave, potentially even consider less money despite mutually agreeing to a contract. Hypocrite.
