  1. Double standard and hypocrisy of the lowest order. The UK is literally the definition of a 'red list' country. There are consistently in excess of 30K cases a day, and yesterday, over 200 deaths. I hope they're punished accordingly. Ask yourselves a question. If England had a pre-agreed friendly somewhere in South America or had an invitation to the confederations cup post performances in the euro and world cup, would the premier league vote vs English players joining up with the national team? The F they would. This is a politically motivated decision on the part of greedy clubs, with savvy lawyers trying to use politically concocted so called lists to 'protect' their assets. This has absolutely nothing to do with covid. We as a continent have been the absolute worst in managing covid. And yet now we are looking down on other countries as being 'red list' and or covid hotbeds? Stinking hypocrisy.
